Welcome to Bubba's Bagels and Bakery! I'm Matt otherwise known as Bubba. I have been baking for a number of years and started as just a hobby baking for my family. I had always found it difficult to find a bagel that replicated that New York style crust and chew. There were plenty of bagels available locally but none checked those boxes. Driving to New York to get my bagel fix wasn't a logical option so I set out to make my own. I have been testing bagel recipes for over 4 years and ended up with a product that delivers consistent delicious results every time. I started just making them for friends and family soon after that word spread and more and more people were asking me to make bagels for them. I made the decision to open a home based Bakery and Bubba's Bagels and Bakery was born! Thanks for stopping by!
